Global Effect is an concept for a bi-weekly magazine whose articles would focus on reporting environmental and cultural issues that have (or have had) the potential to effect people, animals and the planet on an global level. The first issue of Global Effect will focus on the topic of Colony Collapse Disorder. Colony collapse disorder (CCD) is a phenomenon in which worker bees from a European honey bee colony abruptly disappear.
